On Saturday October 4, 2025, the Wiedemann Ranch will be selling 50 F1 Black Baldy heifers at the Leachman Topline California bull sale. The sale will be held at the 101 Livestock Market in Aromas, CA. The heifers will be 18-24 months old and ready to breed for fall calving programs.
These heifers, born and raised at the Wiedemann Ranch in San Ramon, are a cross of purebred Shaw Hereford mothers and maternal focus Leachman Angus bulls. Along with the Wiedemann heifers are F1 BWF heifers from the Mountain Sky ranch in Emigrant MT. The Montana heifers are from purebred Angus mothers bred with Holden Hereford Line One semen.
